Mr. Kittleson’s experience, reputation and strong relationships make him an exceptional leader of an energy marketing and midstream company.
Mr. Kittleson joined the startup Enserco Energy in 1997 as the head of its Producer Services business. In 2002, Mr. Kittleson was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Enserco and presided over the business for the next six years. In 2009, Mr. Kittleson joined Concord Energy and was instrumental in the growth and expansion of its marketing and services businesses.
Mr. Washabaugh’s leadership, strategic vision and organized and resourceful nature aid in his ability to build strong, long standing relationships, instrumental in the success of K2.
Mr. Washabaugh began his career in the energy industry at Chevron in 1992. Over the next ten years he gained valuable experience and expertise at several of the industry’s leading companies including Western Gas Resources and Reliant Energy. In 2002 Mr. Washabaugh joined Enserco Energy where he ultimately oversaw and managed the company’s Wholesale Marketing division. In 2011, Mr. Washabaugh joined United Energy Trading and was promoted to become the company’s Chief Operating Officer as well as a member of its Board of Directors in 2013. Mr. Washabaugh oversaw a period of tremendous growth at UET when the company became one of the first marketing companies to target crude by rail.
Mr. Stanley’s diverse experience in NGLs, natural gas and crude oil, ranging from pipeline operations and gathering infrastructure, to marketing, trading and optimization, greatly enhance K2s path forward.
Mr. Stanley started with Koch Gateway pipeline in 1996 and moved into trading and optimization in 1999 with Western Gas Resources. In 2006, Mr. Stanley joined Enserco and was elevated to Vice President of Producer Services North America & Wholesale trading in 2009. In 2013, Mr. Stanley partnered with Meritage Midstream Services II as Vice President of NGL and Crude Oil Services working on numerous acquisitions and greenfield projects.
Mr. Toerner brings a deep understanding of energy markets and an expansive network of customers and counterparties to K2 Commodities. His comprehensive knowledge of market fundamentals, industry infrastructure and regulatory affairs form the foundation from which he structures transactions designed to meet the specific needs of his customers. Mr. Toerner’s long history of creating win/win value achieving energy market solutions for his producer and end-user customer base will make him a tremendous addition to the K2 team.
Mr. Toerner began his energy career in 1986 with the successful independent energy producer, Mitchell Energy & Development Corporation. He took the lessons learned working for an upstream company and parlayed the experience into a career with some of the energy industry’s leading energy marketing and trading companies. Most recently Mr. Toerner was the Regional Vice President for CIMA Energy.
